At a certain point, I realized that was plenty of action and striving in my life, but very little rest and acceptance. I could see that this imbalance, clinging to Yang and ignoring the importance of yin, was causing me to suffer, bringing physical discomfort and metabolic disharmony into my body. At that time I was working as occupational therapist in a hospital and the need to understand the importance of balance and acceptance, propelled me to search deeply for more knowledge and teachings in different energetic body work fields. I am grateful to my teachers in this field: Cyriac Joseph, Fabian Scarpan, Till Heeg, Jack Chaya, Rosemary Wallace, Krishnatakis, David Lutt, Sahji Sivanada, Sara Power and Thich Nhatt Hanh. They led me to look more deeply at Thai and Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, Taoism and Buddhist Philosophy.
