Hatha Yoga: Hatha is one of the oldest, traditional and most popular forms of yoga in India and the world. It is a slow form including stretching, which focus on body purification and the awakening of panic energy. It is the most practiced yoga in India and is taught in most of the Ashrams in Rishikesh. Our Hatha trainer will explain around 65-70 Poses during the Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikeshalong with particular attention placed on how to get in and out of the pose, its alignment and the correct and incorrect versions of each pose.
Ashtanga Vinyasa: Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a sweating and dynamic form of yoga, which makes you flexible and strong in a short duration of time. It is mostly famous among young adults who love to sweat. It is a modern version of Hatha and was first taught by Master Pattabhi Joice in Mysore, India. It also involves breathing, bandha, and dristi, which makes it energetic for the body and mind. It is very suitable to develop strength and flexibility simultaneously. In the Yoga Teacher Training at Arogya Yoga School, the primary series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and all of its poses will be explained within the 4-week intensive course.
